our stay at towneplace suites was fantastic! the hotel is super close to the airport, which made everything so convenient for us. we loved the king studio with sofa bed. the standout service was the complimentary airport shuttle. our driver, sarah, was wonderful! she took us to drop off our rental car early and then shuttled us for our flight later in the morning.

I enjoyed my stay at Towneplace Suites, conveniently located near the airport. The complimentary shuttle was a lifesaver, and the staff's friendliness added to the experience. The only downside was the limited breakfast options. A good stop during my American road trip!

It was a solid selection for a quick layover in Kansas City with outstanding value. The common area grill was a nice touch, but they should definitely clean up the ash tray more often. Make sure to check if everything is in order when you arrive.

Family with children getaway

We had a kitchen in our room which was perfect for us. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was a treat with lots of options.

It wasn’t exactly cheap but for the comforts and service, it worked out fine.

Lastly, be prepared for ambient noise from the nearby highway. it might disturb light sleepers at night.

A Disappointing Experience, Not What We Expected

Our stay was marred by poor service when the staff checked us out mid-stay. The mishap caused undue stress, especially for our autistic son, who lost his dinner in the fridge. Thankfully, the manager intervened eventually. I left weary and discontented with the brand.
